上海光源是世界先进的三代光源,束流轨道的稳定性对用户实验至关重要。快速轨道反馈(FOFB)系统将一定带宽范围内的束流轨道扰动抑制在一定范围内,从而保证引出光源点附近束流轨道的稳定。本文对上海光源的快速轨道反馈系统进行介绍。上海光源快速轨道反馈系统为分布式的高速光纤实时反馈控制系统,采用了SVD算法计算广义逆矩阵,使用PI调节器计算校正电源参数。硬件均是在独立的商业化模块基础上进行系统集成的,软件是基于EPICS和vxWorks平台自主开发的。系统经不断优化,已达到设计指标并于2014年初投入正式运行。目前,系统对轨道噪声的抑制带宽达100 Hz ,将束流轨道的扰动抑制在0.1μm (RM S )以下,达到世界三代光源的最好水平。

Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) is the 3rd advanced genera‐tion light source ,so the beam stability is very important for experiment users .The fast obit feedback (FOFB) system can suppress obit noise within some bandwidth to a small range ,which guarantees obit stability around extracted light .The SSRF FOFB system is a distributed fiber network with high speed and real‐time feedback control ,in which SVD algorithm was used to calculate generalized inverse matrix ,and PI regulator was applied for parameters of corrector’s power supplies .The hardware was integrated with independent commercial modules ,and the software was developed by SSRF based on EPICS and vxWorks platform .The SSRF FOFB system has satisfied designing require‐ments ,and was run into operation in 2014 after several improvements .Presently ,the orbit noise suppression bandwidth is up to 100 Hz ,and the FOFB system beam stability could be below 0.1 μm (RMS) ,which are the best level among the international 3rd generation light sources .
