讨论了电子束能散度、电子束发散度以及电子束脉冲长度等电子束参数对自由电子激光太赫兹源辐射增益的影响,并进一步考虑了波荡器真空室的约束作用,分析了其过模波导约束效应下,太赫兹辐射场与电子束纵向耦合及横向耦合的变化。结果表明,长波长时,波导约束将改善电子束的横向耦合,同时因波导效应将减慢太赫兹辐射场的传播速度有利于改善电子束的纵向耦合。通过分析饱和增长过程,优化设计了波导约束下自由电子激光太赫兹源电子束束团长度等参数。

Effects of electron beam energy spread , normalized emittance and bunch length on the gains of free‐electron laser terahertz source were discussed ,and further considering waveguide restriction of the vacuum chamber in undulator ,longitude and transverse coupling between terahertz radiation fields and the electron beams were analyzed .The results show that waveguide effects improve transverse coupling ,and as the waveguide effects slowing down the propagation velocity of terahertz wave will help to improve the longitudinal coupling .The saturation procedures of the terahertz radiation field were studied ,and the electron bunch lengths were also optimized in waveguide case .
