目的：对美罗培南在儿童重症细菌感染中的治疗效果予以探讨。方法随机选取我院2012年1月～2014年12月间收治的儿童重症细菌感染患者100例，所有患者应用美罗培南开展治疗，对患者的临床资料予以回顾分析。结果通过为患者开展治疗，患者的临床治疗总有效率为82.0%，具有良好的临床治疗效果。结论将美罗培南应用于儿童重症细菌感染的治疗中，能够取得良好的临床治疗效果，值得在临床应用中推广。

목적：대미라배남재인동중증세균감염중적치료효과여이탐토。방법수궤선취아원2012년1월～2014년12월간수치적인동중증세균감염환자100례，소유환자응용미라배남개전치료，대환자적림상자료여이회고분석。결과통과위환자개전치료，환자적림상치료총유효솔위82.0%，구유량호적림상치료효과。결론장미라배남응용우인동중증세균감염적치료중，능구취득량호적림상치료효과，치득재림상응용중추엄。
