针对动车组部分轴箱轴承运行后温度偏高和润滑脂变黑劣化的现象,对原装润滑脂和使用后的劣化润滑脂进行了检测对比,同时考虑到空心轴探伤过程中探伤耦合剂和防锈剂的影响,设计几种由原装润滑脂、探伤耦合剂和防锈剂不同掺杂方式的混合润滑脂,测试了理化性能和元素含量,研究润滑脂的红外光谱和元素含量变化。结果表明:掺杂探伤耦合剂和防锈剂后润滑脂的锥入度和钢网分油率增大,基础油析出更多,从而导致其润滑性能下降。

Aimed at that a part of EMU axle box bearings has a high working temperature,and the grease degrade and even shows a black color after operation.The original grease and degraded grease after use are detected and compared. The influence of detecting couplant and rust inhibitor during detecting process for hollow shaft is considered,the mixed grease is designed with different doping types of original grease,detecting couplant and rust inhibitor.The physical and chemical properties and element content are tested.The infrared spectroscopy and element content of grease are re-searched,and the analysis conclusions are given.
