目的：探讨多层螺旋ct对肿瘤性与非肿瘤性肠梗阻诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析45例肿瘤性肠梗阻与37例非肿瘤性肠梗阻病例ct资料，探讨肿瘤与非肿瘤肠梗阻ct征象异同点。结果：82例肠梗阻病例多层螺旋ct检查术前均正确诊断。肿瘤性与非肿瘤性肠梗阻共同征象均包括肠管扩张、肠腔内气液平面、移行带形成等。肿瘤性与非肿瘤性肠梗阻的区别在于移行带性质差异。肿瘤性肠梗阻移行带处有软组织肿块，位于肠腔内或肠腔外，增强检查明显强化，腹腔或其他脏器可出现转移征象。非肿瘤性肠梗阻移行带无软组织肿块，多见到粘连带、漩涡征、粪石或腹内或腹外疝等征象。结论：多层螺旋ct对肿瘤性与非肿瘤性肠梗阻有很高鉴别诊断价值，对治疗方案选择有重要参考价值。
목적：탐토다층라선ct대종류성여비종류성장경조진단개치。방법：회고성분석45례종류성장경조여37례비종류성장경조병례ct자료，탐토종류여비종류장경조ct정상이동점。결과：82례장경조병례다층라선ct검사술전균정학진단。종류성여비종류성장경조공동정상균포괄장관확장、장강내기액평면、이행대형성등。종류성여비종류성장경조적구별재우이행대성질차이。종류성장경조이행대처유연조직종괴，위우장강내혹장강외，증강검사명현강화，복강혹기타장기가출현전이정상。비종류성장경조이행대무연조직종괴，다견도점련대、선와정、분석혹복내혹복외산등정상。결론：다층라선ct대종류성여비종류성장경조유흔고감별진단개치，대치료방안선택유중요삼고개치。
Objective:to investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral ct in the diagnosis of tumor and non tumor intestinal obstruction.Methods: ct data of 37 cases of tumor associated with intestinal obstruction and 45 cases of non neoplastic intestinal obstruction were analyzed retrospectively. the ct signs of tumor and non tumor intestinal obstruction were retrospectively analyzed.Results: all 82 cases of intestinal obstruction were correctly diagnosed by multi-slice spiral ct examination. non neoplastic intestinal obstruction shift, with soft tissue mass, see more signs of adhesive joint, whirlpool, bezoar or internal or external abdominal hernia.Conclusion: multi slice spiral ct has very important value in the differential diagnosis of tumor and non tumor intestinal obstruction, and it has important reference value to the choice of treatment plan.
