目的：探究胃穿孔患者围术期的优质护理干预措施。方法：选取我科收治患有胃穿孔的23例患者进行讨论分析，将所有患者随机分为两组，对照组11例患者给予常规的护理措施，观察组12例患者给予围手术期优质护理，比较两组患者的术后恢复情况以及并发症的发生率。结果：观察组患者经过给予围手术期的优质康复护理其术后恢复情况以及并发症的发生率均明显优于对照组患者（P<0.05），具有临床统计学意义。结论：针对胃穿孔患者的治疗可施行穿孔修补术和围手术期的优质康复护理干预，这有效促进了患者的恢复，提高了临床疗效，减少了并发症的发生率，很大程度上提升了患者的满意度和生活质量。
목적：탐구위천공환자위술기적우질호리간예조시。방법：선취아과수치환유위천공적23례환자진행토론분석，장소유환자수궤분위량조，대조조11례환자급여상규적호리조시，관찰조12례환자급여위수술기우질호리，비교량조환자적술후회복정황이급병발증적발생솔。결과：관찰조환자경과급여위수술기적우질강복호리기술후회복정황이급병발증적발생솔균명현우우대조조환자（P<0.05），구유림상통계학의의。결론：침대위천공환자적치료가시행천공수보술화위수술기적우질강복호리간예，저유효촉진료환자적회복，제고료림상료효，감소료병발증적발생솔，흔대정도상제승료환자적만의도화생활질량。
Objective: to explore the perioperative patients with gastric perforation quality nursing intervention measures. selectionMethods: our department were discussed analysis of 23 cases with gastric perforation patients, all patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group 11 patients were given conventional nursing measures, observation group of 12 patients were given perioperative nursing quality, compare two groups of patients with postoperative recovery, and the incidence of complications.Results:the observation group of patients after giving perioperative quality of rehabilitation nursing of the postoperative recovery and the incidence of complications were signiifcantly better than the control group patients (P < 0.05), with clinical statistical signiifcance. Conclusion: for the treatment of patients with gastric perforation can execute perforation repair and perioperative quality of rehabilitation nursing intervention, which effectively promote the recovery of the patients, improve the clinical curative effect, reduce the incidence of complications, to a great extent improve the patient’s satisfaction and quality of life.
