目的:分析不同剂量地佐辛联合舒芬太尼的静脉镇痛效果。方法:纳入病例60例,我院2014年1月份到2015年实施开胸手术治疗患者。随机分成三组,患者术后均实施静脉镇痛。三组患者依次取地佐辛0.17mg/kg、0.34mg/kg以及0.51mg/kg,联合舒芬太尼1.7μg/kg。观察三组病人镇痛效果。结果:三组患者nrs无显著差别(P>0.05);iii组ramsay分值比其余两组高,P<0.05;i组的Bcs分值比其余两组低,P<0.05;iii组不良反应发生率高于其余两组,P<0.05。i组的按压次数要比其余两组多,P<0.05。总的用药量无差别。三组患者应用时间差别明显,P<0.05。结论:应用0.34mg/kg地佐辛与1.7μg/kg舒芬太尼对开胸术后患者实施静脉镇痛,安全性高,镇痛效果满意。

Objective: to analyze the intravenous analgesia effect of different doses of dezocine combined with sufentanil. Methods: 60 patients who had received thoracotomy in our hospital between January 2014 and 2015 were selected, and randomly divided into three groups. Patients in all the three groups were given intravenous analgesia after the surgery by taking Dezocine of doses at 0.17mg/kg, 0.34mg/kg and 0.51mg/kg respectively combined with 1.7μg/kg of Sufentanil. The analgesic effects in the three groups were observed.Results: There was no signiifcant difference in NRS between the three groups (P>0.05); ramsay scores of group iii were higher than those in the other two groups (P<0.05); Bcs scores in group i were lower than those in the other two groups (P<0.05); incidence of adverse reactions in group iii was higher than the other two groups (P<0.05); the pressing times in group i was more than the other two groups (P<0.05). However, there was no difference in the total dose of drug. The application time in the three groups showed signiifcant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: 0.34mg/kg of dezocine and 1.7μg/kg of Sufentanil is with satisfactory intravenous analgesia for patients after thoracotomy, which is also with high safety.
