目的:探讨基于大肠菌群纸片法检测餐具消毒效果。方法:收集我旗巴丹吉林镇480份餐具样本,对所有餐具实施大肠菌群纸片法的检测,对其消毒效果进行分析,并找出其中出现的问题,提出相关的解决对策。结果:(1)大肠菌落和季度的关系:通过本次研究我们发现,在春季以及冬季的大肠菌群阳性率明显的低于夏季以及秋季的大肠菌群阳性率。尤其是秋季的大肠菌群阳性率明显的高于在春季的大肠菌群阳性率。(2)大肠菌群阳性率和门店种类的关系:在本次研究中,小餐馆的阳性率最高,为35%,宾馆最低,为5%。同时单位食堂以及小餐馆在大肠菌群阳性率上明显的高于餐馆以及宾馆的大肠菌群阳性率。结论:大肠菌群在小餐馆以及夏秋季节的阳性率最高,因此需要针对这种情况对其实施有针对性的检查,避免出现大肠菌群超标的情况。

Objective: to investigate the effect of disinfection of tableware disinfection by using the method of paper disk method.Methods: 960 samples of tableware in our district were collected, and the disinfection effect was analyzed and the disinfection effect was analyzed. Results: (1) the relationship between the colonies and the quarterly. We found that the positive rate of E. coli in spring and winter was signiifcantly lower than that in summer and autumn. In particular, the positive rate of E. coli group was signiifcantly higher than that in the spring. Conclusion: coliform group in small restaurants and positive rate in the summer and autumn of highest. so it is necessary to for this situation, the implementation is for inspection, to avoid coliform bacteria exceed the standard.
