目的：精神分裂症患者心理健康状况及全程护理对策。方法：选取我科收治的40例精神分裂患者进行探讨，将他们随机分为两组，对照组的患者实施常规的护理措施，观察组的患者在对照组的基础上进行心理健康状况分析及全程护理，把两组患者的心理治疗效果进行对比。结果：对观察组患者实施有效的心理护理干预措施，其临床治疗效果显著优于对照组，具有明显差异（P<0.05）。结论：对精神分裂患者的心理问题进行分析，有目的地实行有效的心理护理干预措施能够改变患者的心理情况，增加临床治愈机会，帮助患者重回社会，保证他们的生活质量。

Objective:to schizophrenia mental health status of patients with disease and nursing countermeasures.Methods: 40 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of patients with conventional nursing measures, the observation group of patients in the control group on the basis of mental health status analysis and full care, the two groups of patients with psychological treatment effect is compared.Results:in the observation group, the implementation of effective psychological nursing intervention measures, the clinical treatment effect was signiifcantly better than the control group, with signiifcant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion: to analyze the psychological problems of patients with schizophrenia, and to implement effective psychological nursing intervention measures can change the patient’s psychological condition, increase the clinical cure opportunity, help patients to return to society, to ensure their quality of life.
