经直肠超声检查引导下6点前列腺穿刺活检已成为诊断前列腺癌的标准程序，扩大化的前列腺系统穿刺方案在此基础上于前列腺外周带及移行区多点取样，提高了前列腺癌的诊断率，并发症也未明显上升。3D超声、超声造影、弹性成像及 TRUS－磁共振成像融合等影像新技术的发展，提高了前列腺癌灶的检出率，增加了病灶定位的精确性。依据患者的临床特征，运用多种超声影像新技术制订个体化的穿刺方案是未来前列腺穿刺的发展方向。

6-core transrectal ultrasound(TRUS)guided biopsy has become a standard procedure in the diagnosis of prostate cancer, and expanded prostate biopsies are based on 6-core biopsy, emphasizing the peripheral zone and the transitional zone sampling in prostate,which improve the diagnosis rate of prostate cancer without increasing the complications obviously.Development of new imaging technologies such as 3D ultrasound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS),elastography,TRUS-MRI fusion imaging have improved the detection rate and accuracy of lesion localization of prostate cancer.Based on the clinical characteristics of the patients,using a variety of ultrasound imaging new technologies in making individualized program is the future direction of prostate biopsy.
