目的：评价应用泡沫硬化疗法在下肢静脉曲张性溃疡患者中的效果，探讨改善患者预后的重要治疗手段。方法随机选取2014年3月～2015年3月期间在本院接受诊治的32例下肢静脉曲张性溃疡患者，共有患肢35条，以泡沫硬化疗法为主要方案展开治疗活动，观察患者溃疡愈合状况。结果31条患肢已达到愈合标准，3条患肢的溃疡面积已明显缩小，1条患肢接受溃疡创面植皮手术。结论基于下肢静脉曲张性溃疡患者来说，以泡沫硬化疗法为主要方案予以治疗，不仅安全性较高，同时效果显著，可推广。
목적：평개응용포말경화요법재하지정맥곡장성궤양환자중적효과，탐토개선환자예후적중요치료수단。방법수궤선취2014년3월～2015년3월기간재본원접수진치적32례하지정맥곡장성궤양환자，공유환지35조，이포말경화요법위주요방안전개치료활동，관찰환자궤양유합상황。결과31조환지이체도유합표준，3조환지적궤양면적이명현축소，1조환지접수궤양창면식피수술。결론기우하지정맥곡장성궤양환자래설，이포말경화요법위주요방안여이치료，불부안전성교고，동시효과현저，가추엄。
Objective To evaluate the application of foam sclerotherapy in the effect of lower limb varicose ulcer patients, to explore the effect of improving the prognosis of patients with important treatment.Methods The author randomly selected from 2014 in our hospital during the period of march, 2015 - march in accept the diagnosis and treatment of 32 cases of lower limb varicose ulcer patients, a total of limb article 35, to the main scheme of foam sclerotherapy treatment, observation of patients condition ulcer healing.Results The results showed that the limb has reached the healing pursuant to article 31, three limb ulcer area has narrowed considerably, 1 the limb ulcer wound skin graft surgery.Conclusion Based on lower limb varicose ulcer patients, foam sclerotherapy as the main solution to treatment, not only safe, effective at the same time, can be promoted.
