目的：研究对转移性肿瘤病患采取全面有效的放疗护理的意义。方法选取98例在我院进行治疗的转移性脑肿瘤放疗病患，并进行分析研究。将其随机平均分为两组，对照组与实验组每组49例，对对照组病患采取常规的护理措施，对实验组病患采取临床路径护理干预措施。结果比较两组病患的不良反应出现率及病患满意程度，实验组病患均明显比对照组病患好，存在显著性差异（P<0.05），在统计学上有意义。结论给予转移性肿瘤放疗病患临床路径护理干预措施，不但能够降低发生不良反应的几率，还能提升病患的满意程度，在临床上有重大意义，值得广泛进行推广。
목적：연구대전이성종류병환채취전면유효적방료호리적의의。방법선취98례재아원진행치료적전이성뇌종류방료병환，병진행분석연구。장기수궤평균분위량조，대조조여실험조매조49례，대대조조병환채취상규적호리조시，대실험조병환채취림상로경호리간예조시。결과비교량조병환적불량반응출현솔급병환만의정도，실험조병환균명현비대조조병환호，존재현저성차이（P<0.05），재통계학상유의의。결론급여전이성종류방료병환림상로경호리간예조시，불단능구강저발생불량반응적궤솔，환능제승병환적만의정도，재림상상유중대의의，치득엄범진행추엄。
Objective: To study the significance of comprehensive and effective treatment for the patients with metastatic tumor. Methods: 98 patients with metastatic brain tumor treated in our hospital were selected and analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group and experimental group, 49 cases in control group.Results: the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the groups (P <0.05).Conclusion: the clinical path nursing intervention measures for patients with metastatic tumor radiotherapy can not only reduce the risk of adverse reactions, but also improve the patient’s satisfaction degree, which is of great significance in clinical practice.
