目的：对48例医院消毒效果监测与效益分析报告进行相应的分析。方法回顾性的分析48例医院消毒效果和效益的分析报告。结果通过对于48例医院消毒效果和效益的分析报告我们发现，常规监测成本较高，明显的高于特殊情况的监测，并呈现出增加趋势。在阳性标本方面的统计学能够显示，目前常规的监测中，医务人员的手和紫外线的杀菌灯同时使用过程中的消毒剂其阳性率明显的要高。结论常规的消毒监测在费用上明显高于特殊情况监测，而标本的阳性率和医院的感染率之间的相关性不明确。

Objective: To analyze the effect of monitoring and benefit analysis of 48 cases of hospital disinfection. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 48 cases of hospital disinfection efficacy and effectiveness of the analysis report.Results: Through the analysis of disinfection effect and benefit of 48 cases, we found that the cost of routine monitoring was higher, which was higher than that of special circumstances, and showed an increasing trend. The statistics of positive specimens can show that the positive rate of medical personnel's hand and ultraviolet radiation in the process of the use of the disinfectant is higher. After the analysis of the positive samples in special cases, we can find that the hand of the medical personnel and the positive rate of the disinfection apparatus and the surface of the object are obviously higher.Conclusion: The routine disinfection monitoring in the cost is higher than the special circumstances, and the positive rate of the specimen and the hospital infection rate is not clear.
