目的:探讨Ki-67和p53在乳腺癌组织及正常乳腺组织组织中的表达及其与乳腺癌发生、发展的关系。方法选取2010年3月至2014年3月就诊于黄石市中心医院的乳腺癌患者100例,另外选取行乳腺良性肿瘤切除后的患者20例,采用免疫组织化学 SP 法检测100例乳腺癌组织及20例正常乳腺组织中Ki-67和p53的表达,比较两者在两种不同组织中的表达情况。结果 Ki-67在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为76.0%(76/100),正常乳腺组织中为15.0%(3/20),组间比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.01);p53在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为82.0%(82/100),正常乳腺组织为20.0%(4/20),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Ki-67的阳性表达率与肿瘤大小、临床分期、淋巴结转移密切相关,p53与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、临床分期无明显关系。结论 Ki-67和p53与乳腺癌的发生相关,Ki-67与乳腺癌患者的预后密切相关,通过检测 Ki-67的表达水平可预测乳腺癌患者的恶性程度,为临床上治疗乳腺癌提供一定的理论根据,同时通过检测 p53可以为临床上诊断乳腺癌提供一定的参考。

목적:탐토Ki-67화p53재유선암조직급정상유선조직조직중적표체급기여유선암발생、발전적관계。방법선취2010년3월지2014년3월취진우황석시중심의원적유선암환자100례,령외선취행유선량성종류절제후적환자20례,채용면역조직화학 SP 법검측100례유선암조직급20례정상유선조직중Ki-67화p53적표체,비교량자재량충불동조직중적표체정황。결과 Ki-67재유선암조직중적양성표체솔위76.0%(76/100),정상유선조직중위15.0%(3/20),조간비교차이유통계학의의( P<0.01);p53재유선암조직중적양성표체솔위82.0%(82/100),정상유선조직위20.0%(4/20),조간비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01);Ki-67적양성표체솔여종류대소、림상분기、림파결전이밀절상관,p53여종류대소、림파결전이、림상분기무명현관계。결론 Ki-67화p53여유선암적발생상관,Ki-67여유선암환자적예후밀절상관,통과검측 Ki-67적표체수평가예측유선암환자적악성정도,위림상상치료유선암제공일정적이론근거,동시통과검측 p53가이위림상상진단유선암제공일정적삼고。
Objective To detect expression of Ki-67 and p53 in breast cancer tissue and normal breast tissue,and the relationship with the occurrence and development of breast cancer.Methods A total of 100 cases with breast cancer admitted to Huangshi Central Hospital from Mar.2010 to Mar.2014 were included in the study,and another 20 cases with benign breast tumor after resection were also included,and immuno-histochemistry SP method was adopted to test the Ki-67 and p53 expression of both groups and then com-pared.Results The positive expression rate of Ki-67 of breast cancer tissue was 76.0%(76/100),of nor-mal breast tissue tissue was 15.0%(3/20),the difference was significant (P<0.01).The positive expres-sion rate of p53 of breast cancer positive was 82.0%(82/100),of normal breast tissue was 20.0%(4/20), the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Ki-67 expression level was closely associated with tumor size,clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, while there was no obvious correlation between p53 and tumor size,clinical stage, or lymph node metastasis.Conclusion Ki-67 and p53 are associated with the onset of breast cancer,Ki-67 is closely associated with the prognosis of patients with breast cancer,by detec-ting the expression level of Ki-67 can predict the malignancy degree of breast cancer,and provide a theoreti-cal basis for the clinical treatment of breast cancer,and p53 detection can provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer.
