Xuefu Zhuyu decoction%combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine%coronary heart disease%curative effect
目的：探讨西医联合血府逐瘀汤对冠心病的治疗效果。方法将72例冠心病患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组36例。对照组给予硝酸甘油0．5 mg 舌下含服，倍他乐克12．5 mg、卡托普利25 mg，口服，tid；阿司匹林肠溶片100 mg，口服，qd；1，6-二磷酸果糖（FDP）5．0 g 静脉滴注，Bid；低分子右旋糖酐500 mL 静脉滴注， qd。辅以休息、吸氧、纠正水电解质及酸碱平衡失调，抗心力衰竭等对症处理。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上服用血府逐瘀汤，剂量实行个体化，并随症加减。2组均14 d 为1个疗程。结果对照组显效6例，有效22例，无效8例，总有效率为77．8％；治疗组显效16例，有效18例，无效2例，总有效率为94．4％，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝5．49，P ＜0．05）。结论血府逐瘀汤具有取材方便、价格低廉的优点，联合西医治疗冠心病疗效确切。
目的：探討西醫聯閤血府逐瘀湯對冠心病的治療效果。方法將72例冠心病患者按隨機數字錶法分為對照組和治療組，每組36例。對照組給予硝痠甘油0．5 mg 舌下含服，倍他樂剋12．5 mg、卡託普利25 mg，口服，tid；阿司匹林腸溶片100 mg，口服，qd；1，6-二燐痠果糖（FDP）5．0 g 靜脈滴註，Bid；低分子右鏇糖酐500 mL 靜脈滴註， qd。輔以休息、吸氧、糾正水電解質及痠堿平衡失調，抗心力衰竭等對癥處理。治療組在對照組治療的基礎上服用血府逐瘀湯，劑量實行箇體化，併隨癥加減。2組均14 d 為1箇療程。結果對照組顯效6例，有效22例，無效8例，總有效率為77．8％；治療組顯效16例，有效18例，無效2例，總有效率為94．4％，2組總有效率比較差異有統計學意義（χ2＝5．49，P ＜0．05）。結論血府逐瘀湯具有取材方便、價格低廉的優點，聯閤西醫治療冠心病療效確切。
목적：탐토서의연합혈부축어탕대관심병적치료효과。방법장72례관심병환자안수궤수자표법분위대조조화치료조，매조36례。대조조급여초산감유0．5 mg 설하함복，배타악극12．5 mg、잡탁보리25 mg，구복，tid；아사필림장용편100 mg，구복，qd；1，6-이린산과당（FDP）5．0 g 정맥적주，Bid；저분자우선당항500 mL 정맥적주， qd。보이휴식、흡양、규정수전해질급산감평형실조，항심력쇠갈등대증처리。치료조재대조조치료적기출상복용혈부축어탕，제량실행개체화，병수증가감。2조균14 d 위1개료정。결과대조조현효6례，유효22례，무효8례，총유효솔위77．8％；치료조현효16례，유효18례，무효2례，총유효솔위94．4％，2조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（χ2＝5．49，P ＜0．05）。결론혈부축어탕구유취재방편、개격저렴적우점，연합서의치료관심병료효학절。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Western medicine theory com-bined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 72 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 36 pa-tients in each group.All patients received sublingual administration of nitroglycerin(0.5 mg thrice per day),oral administration of metoprolol(12.5 mg thrice per day),captopril(25 mg thrice per day)and enteric-coated aspirin (100 mg once per day),and intravenous drip of 1,6-fructose diphosphate(5.0 g twice per day)and low molecular weight dextran(500 mL once per day),sup-plemented with rest,oxygen inhalation,correction of water,electrolyte and acid-base balance dis-orders,anti-heart failure therapy,and other symptomatic treatments.In addition,patients in treat-ment group were given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction(dose individualization,modification according to symptoms).A course of treatment was 14 days.Results Among patients in the control group,the treatment was significantly effective in 6 patients,effective in 22 patients,and ineffective in 8 pa-tients.Among patients in the treatment group,the treatment was significantly effective in 16 pa-tients,effective in 18 patients,and ineffective in 2 patients.The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(94.4% vs 77.8%,χ2 =5.49,P <0.05). Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is easy to be obtained with low price.The combination of Western medicine theory and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is effective for coronary heart disease.
