为了确定炉前铸铁类型和蠕墨铸铁蠕化率,使用数据采集仪记录蠕墨铸铁冷却曲线,并获取冷却曲线的特征值,利用特征值和线性回归法对不同蠕墨铸铁蠕化率进行研究。研究结果表明:当 CE 和 Si/C 相同时,铸铁类型与初晶温度 T AL 、共晶最低温度 T EU 和再辉温度ΔT r 密切相关,再辉温度ΔT r 小于5℃时为球墨铸铁,再辉温度ΔT r 大于5℃时为蠕墨铸铁。灰铸铁的初晶温度 T AL 较蠕墨铸铁和球墨铸铁 T AL 高20℃以上,或灰铸铁的初晶温度(T AL 不明显时,共晶最低温度 T EU 较蠕墨铸铁和球墨铸铁的高10℃以上。蠕墨铸铁的蠕化率与共晶最低温度和再辉温度之间有密切关系,试样的蠕化率可由特征温度值组合表达,其误差在10%以内。
為瞭確定爐前鑄鐵類型和蠕墨鑄鐵蠕化率,使用數據採集儀記錄蠕墨鑄鐵冷卻麯線,併穫取冷卻麯線的特徵值,利用特徵值和線性迴歸法對不同蠕墨鑄鐵蠕化率進行研究。研究結果錶明:噹 CE 和 Si/C 相同時,鑄鐵類型與初晶溫度 T AL 、共晶最低溫度 T EU 和再輝溫度ΔT r 密切相關,再輝溫度ΔT r 小于5℃時為毬墨鑄鐵,再輝溫度ΔT r 大于5℃時為蠕墨鑄鐵。灰鑄鐵的初晶溫度 T AL 較蠕墨鑄鐵和毬墨鑄鐵 T AL 高20℃以上,或灰鑄鐵的初晶溫度(T AL 不明顯時,共晶最低溫度 T EU 較蠕墨鑄鐵和毬墨鑄鐵的高10℃以上。蠕墨鑄鐵的蠕化率與共晶最低溫度和再輝溫度之間有密切關繫,試樣的蠕化率可由特徵溫度值組閤錶達,其誤差在10%以內。
위료학정로전주철류형화연묵주철연화솔,사용수거채집의기록연묵주철냉각곡선,병획취냉각곡선적특정치,이용특정치화선성회귀법대불동연묵주철연화솔진행연구。연구결과표명:당 CE 화 Si/C 상동시,주철류형여초정온도 T AL 、공정최저온도 T EU 화재휘온도ΔT r 밀절상관,재휘온도ΔT r 소우5℃시위구묵주철,재휘온도ΔT r 대우5℃시위연묵주철。회주철적초정온도 T AL 교연묵주철화구묵주철 T AL 고20℃이상,혹회주철적초정온도(T AL 불명현시,공정최저온도 T EU 교연묵주철화구묵주철적고10℃이상。연묵주철적연화솔여공정최저온도화재휘온도지간유밀절관계,시양적연화솔가유특정온도치조합표체,기오차재10%이내。
In order to determine the type of cast iron and vermicularity of compacted graphite iron inside the furnace,characteristic temperature points of the cooling curves and linear regression are used to analyze different samples.The results show:Relationship between the type of cast iron and characteristic temperature points such as the temperature liquidus temperature(T AL ),temperature of eutectic(T EU )and degree of eutectic recalescence (ΔT r )is clear,while the CE and Si/C are equal.When the degree of eutectic recalescence is less than 5 ℃,ductile iron is produced.When the degree of eutectic recalescence is more than 5 ℃,vermicular iron is produced.Compared with vermicular iron and ductile iron,the temperature liquidus temperature of gray iron is more than 20 ℃.When the temperature liquidus temperature of gray iron is not obvious,the temperature of eutectic of gray iron is more than 10 ℃. Relationship between the vermicular rate and characteristic temperature points such as the temperature of eutectic (T EU )and degree of eutectic recalescence (ΔT r )is discovered,the vermicular rate can be expressed by the combination of characteristic temperature,and the error was less than 10%.
