目的:评估鼠神经生长因子治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法选择解放军第一五九中心医院2012年6月至2014年6月收治的110例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组55例。对照组仅给予常规基础治疗,观察组在此基础上加用鼠神经生长因子治疗,并采用脑卒中量表评估两组患者神经功能改善情况,记录两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗2周后,观察组评分降低至(18.68±6.34)分,4周后降低至(8.71±3.61)分,其降低幅度均显著低于对照组( P<0.05);观察组痊愈24例,显效22例,好转4例,总有效率为90.91%,明显优于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死患者的临床治疗中,采用常规治疗联合鼠神经生长因子方案,可明显改善患者的神经功能缺损症状,提高治疗的有效性,缩短患者的神经功能恢复速度,值得推广。

목적:평고서신경생장인자치료뇌경사적림상효과。방법선택해방군제일오구중심의원2012년6월지2014년6월수치적110례뇌경사환자작위연구대상,안조수궤수자표법장기분위관찰조여대조조,매조55례。대조조부급여상규기출치료,관찰조재차기출상가용서신경생장인자치료,병채용뇌졸중량표평고량조환자신경공능개선정황,기록량조환자림상치료효과。결과치료2주후,관찰조평분강저지(18.68±6.34)분,4주후강저지(8.71±3.61)분,기강저폭도균현저저우대조조( P<0.05);관찰조전유24례,현효22례,호전4례,총유효솔위90.91%,명현우우대조조적72.73%(P<0.05)。결론재뇌경사환자적림상치료중,채용상규치료연합서신경생장인자방안,가명현개선환자적신경공능결손증상,제고치료적유효성,축단환자적신경공능회복속도,치득추엄。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of mouse nerve growth factor on cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and ten cerebral infarction patients from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine treatment, and the observa-tion group was added mouse nerve growth factor based on routine treatment, the neurological function of the two groups were assessed by Scandinavian Stroke Scale, and the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were recorded.Results After 2 weeks treatment, the observation group score decreased to 18.68 ±6.34, after 4 weeks reduced to 8.71 ±3.61, the decreasing amplitude was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);In the observation group, 24 cases were cured, 22 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were improved, the total effective rate was 90.91%, which was better than that of control group (72.73%), P<0.05.Conclusions Conventional treatment combined with mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of cerebral infarction can significantly improve the neurological func-tion and the effectiveness of treatment, shorten nerve function recovery rate, so it is worthy of promotion.
