目的 探讨乳果糖口服液用于行结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的不良反应、清洁效果及患者耐受性.方法 随机选择新疆医科大学第一附属医院消化科门诊接受结肠镜检查患者200例,分为乳果糖组和对照组,每组各100例,乳果糖组使用乳果糖口服液进行肠道准备,对照组使用50%硫酸镁口服液(新疆医科大学第一附属医院自制)进行肠道准备.在患者服药后对患者的不良反应、肠道清洁程度及耐受度进行比较.结果 两组患者在接受相应药物清洁肠道后,乳果糖组患者出现腹胀、腹痛、乏力、恶心、呕吐和头晕等不良反应的比例明显少于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者在肠道清洁度方面,Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级的患者,乳果糖组明显多于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级的患者,对照组明显多于乳果糖组患者(P<0.05).结论 乳果糖口服液适合用于患者结肠镜术前肠道准备,其清洁肠道效果好,不良反应少,易被患者接受.

목적 탐토유과당구복액용우행결장경검사전장도준비중적불량반응、청길효과급환자내수성.방법 수궤선택신강의과대학제일부속의원소화과문진접수결장경검사환자200례,분위유과당조화대조조,매조각100례,유과당조사용유과당구복액진행장도준비,대조조사용50%류산미구복액(신강의과대학제일부속의원자제)진행장도준비.재환자복약후대환자적불량반응、장도청길정도급내수도진행비교.결과 량조환자재접수상응약물청길장도후,유과당조환자출현복창、복통、핍력、악심、구토화두훈등불량반응적비례명현소우대조조(P<0.05).량조환자재장도청길도방면,Ⅰ급、Ⅱ급적환자,유과당조명현다우대조조(P<0.05),Ⅲ급화Ⅳ급적환자,대조조명현다우유과당조환자(P<0.05).결론 유과당구복액괄합용우환자결장경술전장도준비,기청길장도효과호,불량반응소,역피환자접수.
Objective to explore the lactulose oral liquid used in the line of bowel preparation before colonoscopy in patients with adverse reactions, the cleaning effect and tolerance.Methodsrandomly selected the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university digestive department outpatient colonoscopy patients 200 cases, divided into lactulose group and control group, 100 cases in each group, lactulose group using lactulose oral liquid for bowel preparation, the control group using 50% magnesium sulfate oral liquid (xinjiang medical university first affiliated hospital of homemade) for intestinal preparation. In patients with medication for patients after the adverse reactions, intestinal cleaning degree and tolerance.Results two groups of patients undergoing corresponding drugs after intestinal cleaning, lactulose group of patients with abdominal distension, abdominal pain, fatigue, nausea, vomiting and dizziness proportion of adverse reaction is less than that of control group (P < 0.05). Two groups of patients in terms of intestinal cleanliness,Ⅰ,Ⅱ patients, lactulose group than control group obviously (P < 0.05),Ⅲ andⅣ patients, patients with the control group obviously than lactulose group (P < 0.05).Conclusion lactulose oral liquid for colonoscopy in patients with preoperative bowel preparation, the cleaning intestinal effect is good, less adverse reaction, easily accepted by patients.
