目的 观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗高能量损伤性胫骨骨折术后切口骨外露的临床疗效.方法 将30例患者分为两组治疗,一组常规换药治疗,为对照组;另一组应用MEB0药纱条填塞换药治疗,为治疗组,分别观察两组创面的平均愈合时间.结果 两组患者的愈合时间有显著差异,治疗组的平均愈合时间为11.3d,对照组为18d,治疗组的平均愈合时间短于对照组,且治疗组随访时的瘢痕增生率也明显低于对照组.结论 MEB0治疗术后切口皮肤坏死具有明显的愈合时间短,愈后瘢痕增生率低等优点.
