目的:分析胃癌相关基因gcI的克隆片段,并预测该基因片段的功能。方法利用mRNA差异技术,分别筛选胃癌前期患者及正常人胃黏膜组织中的差异表达基因段gcI,通过5’RACE方法扩增差异表达基因的全长cRNA,根据数据库查阅结果分析所得cRNA中氨基酸序列的生物学特征,并检测其编码蛋白不同胃组织中的表达。结果两组gcI基因表达结果和IP3R水平比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论胃癌相关基因gcI克隆后的功能分析结果显示,gcI基因在胃癌前期患者体内的表达水平高于正常标准,预测胃癌相关基因gcI是胃癌病变中的影响因素和重要变化指标,其具体功能尚待进一步研究分析。

목적:분석위암상관기인gcI적극륭편단,병예측해기인편단적공능。방법이용mRNA차이기술,분별사선위암전기환자급정상인위점막조직중적차이표체기인단gcI,통과5’RACE방법확증차이표체기인적전장cRNA,근거수거고사열결과분석소득cRNA중안기산서렬적생물학특정,병검측기편마단백불동위조직중적표체。결과량조gcI기인표체결과화IP3R수평비교차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론위암상관기인gcI극륭후적공능분석결과현시,gcI기인재위암전기환자체내적표체수평고우정상표준,예측위암상관기인gcI시위암병변중적영향인소화중요변화지표,기구체공능상대진일보연구분석。
Objective To analyze the cloned fragment of gastric cancer-related genes gcI and predict the function of the gene fragment.Methods The differentially expressed of genes gcI of patients with pre-screened and normal gastric mucosa tissue sections were screened by MRNA differential technique, the cRNA difference expression of full-length gene was amplified by 5’RACE method, the biological characteristics of the amino acid sequence in cRNA based on database ac-cess was analyzed, and its encoded protein in different tissues of the stomach was detected.Results The level of IP3R and gcI gene expression results of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusions The functional a-nalysis of gastric cancer related gene gcI cloned showed that the expression of gene gcI in vivo in patients with early gastric cancer is higher than the normal standard, predictim of cancer related gene gcI gastric lesions are factors and important in-dicators of change, its specific function remains to be further research and analyzed.
