目的：探讨派特灵治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒（ human papilloma virus，HPV）感染的临床疗效。方法采用病例对照研究方法，选取2010年5月—2012年12月在海军总医院妇产科门诊就诊的宫颈高危型HPV DNA阳性患者253例，随机分为治疗组128例采用派特灵治疗、对照组125例仅进行观察未进行治疗。2组均于3、6、9个月及12个月后进行高危型HPV DNA检测复查，比较2组HPV DNA的转阴情况。结果应用派特灵治疗3个月后，治疗组在3、6、9个月的HPV转阴率分别为73．43％、80．46％、85．16％，明显高于对照组（ P＜0．05）。2组在单一感染率、混合感染率及再感染率上差异均无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论派特灵治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染有较好的临床疗效，可明显缩短HPV感染的转阴时间，为临床处理提供了一个新的治疗方法。
목적：탐토파특령치료궁경인유두류병독（ human papilloma virus，HPV）감염적림상료효。방법채용병례대조연구방법，선취2010년5월—2012년12월재해군총의원부산과문진취진적궁경고위형HPV DNA양성환자253례，수궤분위치료조128례채용파특령치료、대조조125례부진행관찰미진행치료。2조균우3、6、9개월급12개월후진행고위형HPV DNA검측복사，비교2조HPV DNA적전음정황。결과응용파특령치료3개월후，치료조재3、6、9개월적HPV전음솔분별위73．43％、80．46％、85．16％，명현고우대조조（ P＜0．05）。2조재단일감염솔、혼합감염솔급재감염솔상차이균무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）。결론파특령치료궁경고위형HPV감염유교호적림상료효，가명현축단HPV감염적전음시간，위림상처리제공료일개신적치료방법。
Objective To explore the treatment efficacy of paiteling on human papillomavirus ( HPV) infection.Methods From May 2010 to December 2012 a case-control study was carried out in the department of obstetrics and gynecology, Navy General Hospital of PLA.253 HPV DNA positive patients were classified into 2 groups randomly.In the experimental group, paiteling was used and in the control group,only observation without any treatment .All patients had HPV tested 3 /6/9 /12 months later.Results After 3 /6 /9 months, the HPV negative conversion rate in the ex-perimental group was 73.43%, 80.46%, 85.16%respectively, which was significantly higher than in the control group ( P<0.05) .There was no significant difference in single infection, mixed infec-tion and reinfection rate between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Pai teling is effective and safe on eliminating HPV infection.It provides a new srtategy for clinical management.
