目的:通过对五种肿瘤标志物联合检测结果分析,探讨其对肺癌的诊断价值。方法选择肺癌组142例,肺良性疾病组86例,正常对照组60例,对其血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原19-9(CA-19-9)比较分析。结果五种肿瘤标志物的水平肺癌组均高于良性疾病组及正常对照组(P<0.05);五种血清肿瘤标志物在不同病理类型肺癌中阳性率不同,CA125在腺癌中阳性率最高为78.5%,CYFRA21-1在鳞癌中阳性率最高为76.9%,NSE在小细胞癌中阳性率高为76.0%;联合检测时对肺癌诊断的敏感度为99.3%,高于各单项检查( P<0.05);准确度为82.6%,部分提高。结论血清肿瘤标志物CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE、CA125和CA--19-9联合检测可以提高肺癌诊断的敏感度和准确率,达到对肺癌早期诊断的目的。

목적:통과대오충종류표지물연합검측결과분석,탐토기대폐암적진단개치。방법선택폐암조142례,폐량성질병조86례,정상대조조60례,대기혈청암배항원(CEA)、신경원특이성희순화매(NSE)、세포각단백19편단(CYFRA21-1)、당류항원125(CA125)、당류항원19-9(CA-19-9)비교분석。결과오충종류표지물적수평폐암조균고우량성질병조급정상대조조(P<0.05);오충혈청종류표지물재불동병리류형폐암중양성솔불동,CA125재선암중양성솔최고위78.5%,CYFRA21-1재린암중양성솔최고위76.9%,NSE재소세포암중양성솔고위76.0%;연합검측시대폐암진단적민감도위99.3%,고우각단항검사( P<0.05);준학도위82.6%,부분제고。결론혈청종류표지물CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE、CA125화CA--19-9연합검측가이제고폐암진단적민감도화준학솔,체도대폐암조기진단적목적。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of lung cancer by analyzing the result of five tumor markers by combined detection.Methods Lung cancer group of 142 cases, 86 cases in benign pulmonary disease group, 60 cases in normal control group chemiluminescence method was select-ed to detect the serum CEA, NSE, CYFRA21-1, CA125, CA-19-9 five kinds of tumor marker, the re-sults were analyzed and compared.Results The level of five tumor markers in lung cancer group was significantly higher than that in benign disease group and normal control group( P<0.05);Five kinds of serum tumor markers in various positive rates in different pathological types of lung cancer, the highest positive rate of CA125 in adenocarcinoma was 78.5%, the highest positive rate of CYFRA21-1 in squa-mous cell carcinoma was 76.9%, the high positive rate of NSE in small cell lung cancer was 76.0%;Combined detection of lung cancer diagnosis sensitivity was 99.3%, which was higher than that of each single check( P<0.05 ); the accuracy was 82.6%, part of improvement.Conclusions Serum tumor markers CEA, CYFRA21-1, NSE, CA125 and CA-19-9 joint detection can improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the diagnosis of lung cancer, to achieve the purpose of early diagnosis of lung cancer.
