目的:探讨采用髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法随机选取郑州市骨科医院下肢骨科2012年9月至2014年3月收治的股骨颈骨折老年患者58例,按照治疗方案的不同将所有患者分为实验组和对照组,其中对照组患者行股骨头置换术,实验组患者实施全髋关节置换术,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果对照组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间等明显优于实验组患者( P<0.05);实验组患者术后Harris评分明显高于对照组患者( P<0.05)。结论髋关节置换术是一种理想的老年股骨颈骨折治疗术式,临床治疗时应结合患者的具体情况选取合适的髋关节置换方案。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hip replacement on femoral neck frac-ture.Methods Randomly selected 58 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures admitted from Sep-tember 2012 and March 2014 , and divided them into experiment group and control group according to the different treatment options.The control group underwent femoral head replacement, and the experiment group were implemented with total hip replacement surgery.The clinical outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The operative time, blood loss and hospital stay in control group were significantly better than the patients in the experiment group(P<0.05);postoperative Harris hip score in the experi-ment group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Hip replace-ment surgery is an ideal surgical treatment of femoral neck fracture, treatment should be combined with specific clinical conditions of patients to select the appropriate hip replacement program.
