目的：探讨结核病患者耐药的影响因素，并对其护理措施进行探讨。方法随机选取河南省胸科医院2012年3月至2014年7月收治的结核病患者177例，对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并根据影响患者耐药性的相关因素提出针对性护理措施。结果治疗方案是否合理、治疗是否中断、是否规则用药、既往治疗史和个人收入均是影响结核病患者耐药性的重要因素；54例耐药结核病患者经护理后42例好转出院，且患者家中均无人发生结核病感染。结论对影响结核病患者耐药性的因素进行分析并采用针对性护理措施，有助于对患者的病情进行有效控制，对于减轻患者痛苦，提高临床治疗效果具有十分积极的意义。
목적：탐토결핵병환자내약적영향인소，병대기호리조시진행탐토。방법수궤선취하남성흉과의원2012년3월지2014년7월수치적결핵병환자177례，대환자적림상자료진행회고성분석，병근거영향환자내약성적상관인소제출침대성호리조시。결과치료방안시부합리、치료시부중단、시부규칙용약、기왕치료사화개인수입균시영향결핵병환자내약성적중요인소；54례내약결핵병환자경호리후42례호전출원，차환자가중균무인발생결핵병감염。결론대영향결핵병환자내약성적인소진행분석병채용침대성호리조시，유조우대환자적병정진행유효공제，대우감경환자통고，제고림상치료효과구유십분적겁적의의。
Objective To investigate the factors of resistant in TB patients and to their care measures.Methods The clinical data of 177 cases of TB patients in Henan chest hospitol hospital from March 2012 to July 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, and gave the patients the specific nursing inter-ventions based on patient-related factors affecting resistance.Results Regimen was reasonable, whether the treatment was interrupted, whether the medication was ruled, previous treatment history and personal income were important factors in TB drug resistance impacts;Fifty-four cases of patients with drug-resistant TB care, the 42 cases improved and discharged, and the patients had no TB infection.Conclusions A-nalysis of the impact of TB drug resistance factors and the use of specific nursing interventions, can con-tribute to the effective control of the patient’ s condition, and has signicance to alleviate the suffering of patients and improve the clinical outcomes.
