目的：探讨采用胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取太原市太航医院2011年1月至2014年6月收治的确诊为心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者60例，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，其中对照组患者采用常规抗心力衰竭治疗，实验组患者在此基础上联合胺碘酮进行治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论采用胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常能够有效改善患者的心律失常症状，改善心功能，疗效显著，安全可靠，建议在临床上进一步推广。
목적：탐토채용알전동치료심력쇠갈합병실성심률실상적림상치료효과。방법수궤선취태원시태항의원2011년1월지2014년6월수치적학진위심력쇠갈합병실성심률실상환자60례，장기수궤분위실험조화대조조，기중대조조환자채용상규항심력쇠갈치료，실험조환자재차기출상연합알전동진행치료，대비량조환자적림상치료효과。결과실험조림상치료효과명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론채용알전동치료심력쇠갈합병실성심률실상능구유효개선환자적심률실상증상，개선심공능，료효현저，안전가고，건의재림상상진일보추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amiodarone on heart failure compli-cated with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods Randomly selected 60 cases diagnosed with heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmias in Taihang Hospital from January 2011 to June 2014 , the 60 pa-tients were randomly divided into the experiment group and control group, the patients in the control group were treated with conventional anti-heart failure treatment, and the patients in the experiment group were treated with amiodarone on the basis of conventional anti-heart failure treatment, the clinical out-comes were compared between the two groups.Results Clinical efficacy in the experiment group was better than that in the control group, the difference was significant( P<0.05) .Conclusions The combined use of amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure, ventricular arrhythmias, can effectively im-prove symptoms of arrhythmia patients, improve heart function, the effect is significant, safe and relia-ble, so it is recommended to be further promoted in clinical practice.
