目的：探讨单人操作法对老年患者肠镜检查的方法及效果。方法对本院2014年2月～2015年2月收治的行肠镜检查的老年患者48例的临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结对其采用单人操作肠镜检查的方法及效果。结果在本组研究中，正常完成肠镜检查41例，在直肠和横结肠因恶性肿瘤阻塞结束检查3例，在脾曲、肝曲无法耐受终止检查的4例。检查过程中，出现头晕、胸闷8例，术中或术后服用硝酸甘油后症状有效缓解；出现恶心情况6例，经对症治疗均有效缓解；未出现急性心脑血管意外等情况。结论采用单人操作方法对老年患者进行肠镜检查，操作时间短，痛苦比较小，漏诊的几率比较低，并发症较少，具有较高的安全性，值得广泛应用。

During inspection, dizziness, chest tightness in patients with a total of 8, during or after surgery can effectively relieve symptoms after takingnitroglycerin; nausea situation in patients with a total of 6, after symptomatic treatment were able to effectively alleviate; no patient developed acute cerebrovascular accident etc.ConclusionUsing the single operation method for colonoscopy in elderly patients, not only the operation time is short, and the suffering caused to patients is relatively small, the probability of missed diagnosis is relatively low, the occurrence ofcomplications is relatively small, high security, and has widely applicationvalue.
