目的：研究高频超声在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法将2012年1月至2014年12月收治的87例乳腺癌病例纳入本研究，分别采用X线钼靶以及高频二维彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺肿块，并进行鉴别诊断，对研究结果相关数据做统计学处理。结果与X线钼靶检测相比，高频超声检测技术敏感度更高，但二者比较差异未见统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论 X线钼靶检测与高频超声检测技术用于乳腺癌临床诊断各有优势，临床应注意二者的互补性，做到有机结合，以确保乳腺癌诊断准确性。

목적：연구고빈초성재유선암진단중적응용개치。방법장2012년1월지2014년12월수치적87례유선암병례납입본연구，분별채용X선목파이급고빈이유채색다보륵초성진단유선종괴，병진행감별진단，대연구결과상관수거주통계학처리。결과여X선목파검측상비，고빈초성검측기술민감도경고，단이자비교차이미견통계학의의（ P＞0．05）。결론 X선목파검측여고빈초성검측기술용우유선암림상진단각유우세，림상응주의이자적호보성，주도유궤결합，이학보유선암진단준학성。
Objective To study the application value of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of breast cancer.Meth-ods Eighty-seven breast cancer patients from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected for the study, patients were given X-ray mammography and high-frequency two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis of breast lumps and differential di-agnosis,the results were statistically processed.Results Compared with X-ray mammography testing, high-frequency ultrasonic detection technology had a higher sensitivity,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions X-ray mammogra-phy and high-frequency ultrasonic detection technology for clinical diagnosis of breast cancer have their own advantages, should pay attention to both clinical complementarity, so that combine to ensure that the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer.
