目的 通过临床探究研究凝聚胺技术在输血检验中的应用情况.方法 自2013年1月至2015年1月在医院及附近社区中随机抽取300例正常人作为研究对象,对其分别进行凝聚胺技术检验和常规检验,对两组的检测结果 进行对比分析,其中疑难标本82例.结果 研究发现,实验组检测的灵敏性和特异性明显更高,凝聚胺技术的特异性凝聚效果明显优秀,对自身抗体的检验效果也较常规更明显.结论 凝聚胺技术在输血检验中具有灵敏度高,特异性强等特点,值得在临床中大力推广.

Objective To study application of polybrene technique in blood transfusion test through clinical exploration. Method randomly choose 300 cases healthy people from hospital and communities nearby as study objects during January 2013 and January 2015, and carry on polybrene technique test and routine test, and compare tests beteen two groups. Among them, there are 82 cases of difficult specimen.Result research showed sensitivity and specificity of experiment group is significantly higher, specific aggregation effect of polybrene technique was significantly better, and test effect of antibody is more obvious than routine test.Conclusion polybrene technique in blood transfusion test shows features of high sensitivity and specificity, which is worthy being spreaded clinically.
