研究桃树蚜虫的主要捕食性天敌七星瓢虫、龟纹瓢虫和异色瓢虫对野生型桃蚜和桃粉蚜个体的室内捕食功能反应,发现25℃条件下3种瓢虫的成虫的捕食功能反应类型为Hol ingI 型。圆盘方程加速单纯形法回归分析表明,七星瓢虫、龟纹瓢虫和异色瓢虫对桃蚜无翅成蚜的攻击系数依次为1.53953、1.64510、1.28469,而对桃粉蚜无翅成蚜的攻击系数依次为1.33421、1.18244、1.12258;此外,七星瓢虫、龟纹瓢虫和异色瓢虫对桃蚜无翅成蚜的处理时间依次为0.02392、0.02747、0.00908,而对桃粉蚜无翅成蚜的处理时间依次为0.01381、0.01476、0.01056。这些参数为两种蚜虫的生物防治提供了理论指导。

The indoor predatory function reactions of the main natural enemies includingCoccinella septempunctata, Propylea japonica andLeis axyridis to the wildMyzus persicae andHyalopterus arundimis were studied in this paper. The results showed that the type of functional responses was Holling’s type II with the temperature of 25℃. By using disc equations regression with improved simplex method, the attack coefficients of three species ladybirds toMyzus persicae were 1.53953, 1.64510 and 1.28469 respectively, but the values toHyalopterus arundimis were 1.33421, 1.18244 and 1.12258 respectively. Furthermore, the handling time values of three species ladybirds toMyzus persicae were 0.02392, 0.02747 and 0.00908 respectively, and the values toHyalopterus arundimis were 0.01381, 0.01476 and 0.01056 respectively. In conclusion these parameters would provide the guidance for the biocontrol of these aphides.
