通过对月季黑斑病病菌的分离培养,根据其症状特点、病原菌形态和致病性测定,鉴定出引起月季黑斑病的病原菌为半知菌亚门盘二孢属的蔷薇盘二孢。6种供试药剂对月季黑斑病菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,室内抑菌试验结果表明:225 g/L异菌脲(扑海因)悬浮剂和50%速克灵(腐霉利)可湿性粉剂对月季黑斑病菌的防效较好,抑菌率分别为86.34%~99.82%和79.16%~94.92%。毒力比较结果表明:50%速克灵(腐霉利)可湿性粉剂和225 g/L异菌脲(扑海因)悬浮剂的EC50较小,分别为15.14μg/ml和30.90μg/ml。

Through the isolation and culture of the rose black spot pathogen, according to the characteristics of symptoms, pathogenic morphology and pathogenic test, this research identified that the separated pathogen wasMarssonina rosae belonged toMarssonina species of Deuteromycetes subfamily. To different degrees, the six tested fungicides all had inhibitory effects on the rose black spot. Antifungal experiment results showed that:225 g/L iprodione (Pu Haiyin) SC and 50% procymidone (Fu Meili) WP had better effects of prevention against rose black spot, with the inhibitory rate of 86.34%~99.82% and 79.16%~94.92%. Toxicity comparison results showed that:The EC50 values of 50% procymidone (Fu Meili) WP and 225 g/L iprodione (Pu Haiyin) SC were smaller with 15.14 μg/ml and 30.90 μg/ml respectively.
