目的:分析血清胱抑素C(cysC)与血清肌酐(Scr)在早期慢性肾功能衰竭诊断中的应用价值。方法选择新乡市中心医院2012年5月至2014年3月收治的60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究组,抽取同期行健康体检的50例正常人群为对照组,通过免疫比浊法、酶法分别对所有研究对象cysC、Scr进行测定,并比较分析测定结果。结果两组cysC[(4.18±1.65)mg/L vs (0.76±0.18)mg/L]、Scr[(537.90±305.90)μmol/L vs(76.24±20.70)μmol/L]比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。同时不同肾脏疾病患者cysC、Scr(肾功能代偿期除外)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,cysC与Scr(68.33%vs 36.67%)阳性检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清胱抑素C、血清肌酐在早期慢性肾功能衰竭诊断中均有一定的价值,且血清胱抑素C检出率更高,建议临床联合检测,以提高疾病检出率。

Objective To analyze the value of serum cystatin C and creatinine in the diagnosis of early chronic re-nal failure.Methods Selected 60 cases of chronic renal failure patients admitted from May 2012 to March 2014 in Xinx-iang Center Hospital as study group, 50 normal persons at the same time with healthy physical examination as control group.The serum cystatin C, serum creatinine were measured by immune turbidimetric method and enzyme method respec-tively in all subjects, and the results were analyzed.Results In two groups, there were significant differences in cysC [(4.18 ±1.65)mg/L vs(0.76 ±0.18)mg/L]and Scr[(537.90 ±305.90)μmol/L vs(76.24 ±20.70)μmol/L]between the two groups (P<0.01).At the same time, cysC and Scr( exception of decompensated renal function) levels in differ-ent kidney disease patients were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In addition, there was sig-nificant difference in the positive detection rate of cysC and Scr(68.33%vs 36.67%) (P<0.01).Conclusions In the early diagnosis of chronic renal failure,serum cystatin C, serum creatinine with have certain value, and the detection rate of serum cystatin C is more higher, so joint detection is suggested, in order to improve the disease detection rate.
