储罐罐底结构失效主要有罐底板提离变形、角焊缝撕裂以及屈曲变形等。通过建立储罐罐底结构失效有限元分析模型,结合断裂力学及损伤理论,研究了在罐内超压工况条件下的罐底提离变形以及罐底角焊缝撕裂结构失效,结果表明,罐内超压会导致储罐罐底发生提离变形,同时角焊缝位置处的应力集中会导致焊缝裂纹扩展,进而导致角焊缝撕裂,与工程实际中事故案例结构失效相吻合。
儲罐罐底結構失效主要有罐底闆提離變形、角銲縫撕裂以及屈麯變形等。通過建立儲罐罐底結構失效有限元分析模型,結閤斷裂力學及損傷理論,研究瞭在罐內超壓工況條件下的罐底提離變形以及罐底角銲縫撕裂結構失效,結果錶明,罐內超壓會導緻儲罐罐底髮生提離變形,同時角銲縫位置處的應力集中會導緻銲縫裂紋擴展,進而導緻角銲縫撕裂,與工程實際中事故案例結構失效相吻閤。

Structural failure of tank bottom has lift-off distortion,tear of fillet and buckling.The tank struc-tural failure analysis model was developed.Based on the fracture mechanics,the lifting and tearing de-formation of the tank bottom was studied,under the overpressure in tank.The result shows that the over-pressure in the tank will lead to the lifting deformation of the tank bottom.And the tank fillet weld will be torn under the local stress concentration since the structural discontinuity.The results based on the ex-tended finite element method are consistent with the structural failure of engineering practice accident.
