储罐罐底结构失效主要有罐底板提离变形、角焊缝撕裂以及屈曲变形等。通过建立储罐罐底结构失效有限元分析模型，结合断裂力学及损伤理论，研究了在罐内超压工况条件下的罐底提离变形以及罐底角焊缝撕裂结构失效，结果表明，罐内超压会导致储罐罐底发生提离变形，同时角焊缝位置处的应力集中会导致焊缝裂纹扩展，进而导致角焊缝撕裂，与工程实际中事故案例结构失效相吻合。

Structural failure of tank bottom has lift-off distortion,tear of fillet and buckling.The tank struc-tural failure analysis model was developed.Based on the fracture mechanics,the lifting and tearing de-formation of the tank bottom was studied,under the overpressure in tank.The result shows that the over-pressure in the tank will lead to the lifting deformation of the tank bottom.And the tank fillet weld will be torn under the local stress concentration since the structural discontinuity.The results based on the ex-tended finite element method are consistent with the structural failure of engineering practice accident.
