目的：探讨消毒供应中心护理员的规范培训方法，提高业务知识和工作能力，预防和控制医院感染，提高其护理员的整体素质。方法招工时对人员素质严格把关，招收有护士执业证的实习护士或医疗学生，年龄20～35岁，专科带教制定培训计划，通过系统的讲课，带教实践、理论及技能考核、临床满意度调查、轮换制课件的方式进行岗位培训及考核。结果培训后护理员理论及操作考试成绩有明显提升，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；医疗器械清洗合格率为10.5%，回收车及用具物品表面采样合格率为12.1%，护理员手采样合格率为13.2%，临床科室满意度为9.9%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论严把护理员素质，严格的培训管理和培训方法的多样性可提高护理员的业务知识和工作能力，保证整体工作质量，预防和控制医院感染。

ObjectiveTo explore the training method of disinfection supply center of an orderly,improve business knowledge and the ability to work,to prevent and control hospital infection,improve the whole quality of nurse.MethodsTake internship of licensed nursing or medical students,age control between 20 to 35 years old,college teaching training plan,through clinical satisfaction survey,rotation of the way for on-the-job training and examination of the courseware.ResultsAfter training nurse theory and operation test scores have improved signifi cantly,statistically signifi cant difference (P<0.05);Medical equipment cleaning percent of pass is 10.5%,recovery vehicle and gear surfaces,sampling percent of pass is 12.1%,nurse hand,sampling percent of pass is 13.2%,clinical departments' satisfaction was 9.9%,compared with signifi cant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe nurse quality strictly,strict training management and the ability to work,to ensure the overall quality of work,to prevent and control hospital infection.
