通过对主管道取样管焊缝缺陷进行金相检验和断口形貌分析,结合材料性能、焊接工艺及管座加工等因素,对主管道取样管焊缝裂纹缺陷产生的原因进行分析。结果表明,取样管焊趾附近的裂纹为疲劳裂纹,引起疲劳开裂的重要因素是外表面焊趾附近形状突变、机加工沟痕较深,在机加工时经受疲劳载荷。分析结果为防止后续项目发生同类问题提供了理论依据。
通過對主管道取樣管銲縫缺陷進行金相檢驗和斷口形貌分析,結閤材料性能、銲接工藝及管座加工等因素,對主管道取樣管銲縫裂紋缺陷產生的原因進行分析。結果錶明,取樣管銲趾附近的裂紋為疲勞裂紋,引起疲勞開裂的重要因素是外錶麵銲趾附近形狀突變、機加工溝痕較深,在機加工時經受疲勞載荷。分析結果為防止後續項目髮生同類問題提供瞭理論依據。

Through metallographic examination and fracture morphology by sampling from the main pipe weld defects,combined with the material properties,welding procedure and sampling tube machining and other factors,an analysis is completed for the causes of the main pipeline sampling tube welding crack. The results show that,the crack of sampling pipe near the weld toe is fatigue crack,the important factor causing the fatigue cracking is near the outer surface of toe shape mutation,machining grooves deeper. Through defect analysis results,a theoretical basis is provided for preventing the follow-up project similar problems.
