考虑波度密封端面的粘性生热和润滑液膜与密封环之间的热作用,建立了包括密封环和液膜在内的流固热耦合模型,采用流线迎风有限单元法求解了雷诺方程、热传导方程和能量方程,研究了液膜膜厚、波数、波幅、坝宽比、转速及密封压力等参数对密封环温度场和液膜温度场的分布规律的影响。结果表明:波度对密封端面起到了冷却作用;密封环和液膜温度随着膜厚、波幅增大而降低,随转速、坝宽比增大而升高,波数和密封压力对温度的影响不大。

Taking into consideration the viscous heat generation of fluid film and the heat transfer between fluid film and seal rings,a coupled heat transfer model was proposed on a wave-tilt-dam mechanical seal.A SUPG finite element method was used to resolve the Reynolds equation,the heat transfer equation and the energy equations.The influence of the film thickness,wave num-ber,wave amplitude,the ratio of seal dam to seal breadth,the rotation speed and the seal pressure on the temperature distributions of both seal rings and lubricating film were investigated.The results show that the waves greatly cool the seal faces.The tempera-ture rise of seal rings and fluid film decreases with the increasing film thickness and the wave amplitude increases with the in-creasing rotation velocity and the ratio of seal dam to seal breadth.The wave number and the seal pressure have little influence on the temperature.
