以三氧化二钒为原料，加入精炼剂，采用电铝热法制备了钒铁，并对其相关工艺参数进行了研究。研究得到较佳的工艺参数为：以铝钙铁为精炼剂，精炼时间为30分钟，还原剂铝的添加量为理论量的103％时，钒的回收率可达98％左右。

Taking V2O3 as raw material, and adding the refining agent, the paper introduces the ferrovanadium smelting with electrical thermite process , and studies its technological parameters .The optimum conditions are difined as bellow:using AlCaFe as refining a-gent, the refining time is 30 menutes, the amount of reducing agent Al is 103%of the theoretical quantity , and the recovery of vanadi-um is 98%.
