目的：探讨腮腺混合瘤的 CT 诊断价值与手术治疗方法。方法对13例经过手术病理证实的腮腺混合瘤患者的 CT 表现及手术治疗方法、术后并发症等资料进行回顾性分析。结果13例腮腺混合瘤患者，CT 呈边缘清楚、密度均匀、强化均匀者12例，手术证实为良性混合瘤；CT 呈分叶状或圆形密度不均匀，边缘模糊，轮廓不清者1例，为恶性肿瘤。12例良性混合瘤患者，3例出现术后并发症，其中面神经麻痹2例、涎瘘1例。结论腮腺混合瘤临床表现多样，根据 CT 影像学表现初步明确诊断。根据肿瘤部位、形态及大小，设计合理的手术方案，可明显降低术后并发症。

목적：탐토시선혼합류적 CT 진단개치여수술치료방법。방법대13례경과수술병리증실적시선혼합류환자적 CT 표현급수술치료방법、술후병발증등자료진행회고성분석。결과13례시선혼합류환자，CT 정변연청초、밀도균균、강화균균자12례，수술증실위량성혼합류；CT 정분협상혹원형밀도불균균，변연모호，륜곽불청자1례，위악성종류。12례량성혼합류환자，3례출현술후병발증，기중면신경마비2례、연루1례。결론시선혼합류림상표현다양，근거 CT 영상학표현초보명학진단。근거종류부위、형태급대소，설계합리적수술방안，가명현강저술후병발증。
Objective To investigate CT diagnosis and surgical treatment of mixed parotid tumor.Methods CT findings,surgical treatments,postoperative complications and other data of 13 patients with pathology-confirmed mixed parotid tumor were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 13 cases of mixed parotid tumor,CT showed clear edge and uniform density and en-hancement and surgery result confirmed benign mixed tumor in 12.In addition,CT showed lobu-lated or rounded uneven density,blur edge and unclear profile and surgery result confirmed malig-nant tumor in 1 cases.Among the 12 cases of benign mixed tumor,postoperative complications oc-curred in 3 (2 cases of facial paralysis and 1 case of salivary fistula).Conclusion Mixed parotid tumor has a variety of clinical manifestations,and the initial diagnosis can be made by CT manifes-tations.According to the location,shape and size of tumor,reasonable surgical options can be de-signed to reduce postoperative complications.
