目的:探讨氨溴索联合肺表面活性物质治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效。方法选择2013年2月至2014年4月呼吸窘迫综合征患儿70例,随机将其分为两组,每组35例,对照组给予氨溴索,实验组给予氨溴索联合肺表面活性物质治疗,比较两组机械通气时间、住院时间、并发症及治疗前后血气指标。结果实验组机械通气时间、住院时间分别为(45.31±5.36)h、(10.02±2.25)d,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组用药后12 h动脉血氧分压、动脉血二氧化碳分压及pH值比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论氨溴索联合肺表面活性物质治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征疗效明显,能有效缩短机械通气时间及住院时间。

목적:탐토안추색연합폐표면활성물질치료신생인호흡군박종합정적료효。방법선택2013년2월지2014년4월호흡군박종합정환인70례,수궤장기분위량조,매조35례,대조조급여안추색,실험조급여안추색연합폐표면활성물질치료,비교량조궤계통기시간、주원시간、병발증급치료전후혈기지표。결과실험조궤계통기시간、주원시간분별위(45.31±5.36)h、(10.02±2.25)d,여대조조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。량조용약후12 h동맥혈양분압、동맥혈이양화탄분압급pH치비교차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론안추색연합폐표면활성물질치료신생인호흡군박종합정료효명현,능유효축단궤계통기시간급주원시간。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of ambroxol combined with pulmonary surfac-tant on neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods From February 2013 to April 2014, 70 cases of respiratory distress syndrome were selected, and randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group.The control group were given ambroxol treatment, experiment group were given ambroxol combined with pulmonary surfactant treatment.The mechanical ventilation time, hospitalization time, complications and treatment of blood gas index were compared between the two groups.Results In the experiment group, duration of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization time were ( 45.31 ±5.36 ) h, (10.02 ±2.25 ) d, there were significant difference compared with control group ( P<0.01 ) .The difference of PaO2 , PacO2 and pH value after treatment of 12 h of the two groups was significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions The curative effect of Ambroxol combined with pulmonary surfactant on NRDS is obvious, it can effectively shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization time.
