目的：探讨脂肪肝同血尿酸、血脂水平之间的相关性。方法随机选取本院2012年4月至2014年9月期间收治的脂肪肝患者54例作为脂肪肝组，另选取同期来本院体检的健康者54例作为对照组，对两组入选对象进行血尿酸和血脂水平检测，并对检测结果进行分析。结果脂肪肝组患者的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显高于对照组，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显低于对照组，差异具有显著性(P<0.05)；单纯合并血脂代谢紊乱组患者的甘油三酯水平明显低于脂肪肝合并高尿酸组患者，差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论脂肪肝患者普遍存在血脂、血尿酸异常，血尿酸和血脂同患者病情的发生发展存在密切相关性，因此应定期进行血尿酸、血脂水平检测，结合B超诊断结果以早发现并治疗脂肪肝。
목적：탐토지방간동혈뇨산、혈지수평지간적상관성。방법수궤선취본원2012년4월지2014년9월기간수치적지방간환자54례작위지방간조，령선취동기래본원체검적건강자54례작위대조조，대량조입선대상진행혈뇨산화혈지수평검측，병대검측결과진행분석。결과지방간조환자적감유삼지、총담고순、저밀도지단백담고순수평명현고우대조조，고밀도지단백담고순수평명현저우대조조，차이구유현저성(P<0.05)；단순합병혈지대사문란조환자적감유삼지수평명현저우지방간합병고뇨산조환자，차이구유현저성(P<0.05)。결론지방간환자보편존재혈지、혈뇨산이상，혈뇨산화혈지동환자병정적발생발전존재밀절상관성，인차응정기진행혈뇨산、혈지수평검측，결합B초진단결과이조발현병치료지방간。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid with fatty liver, lipid levels. Method 54 cases of patients with fatty liver in our hospital from April 2012 to September 2014 were randomly selected as fat group, 54 cases of healthy which were taken physical examination in our hospital were select as control group. Blood uric acid and blood lipid levels of two groups were detected and the test results were analyzed. Result Triglycerides, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels of fat group were significantly higher than control group;the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0. 05). The level of triglyceride in patients with simple combined lipid metabolism disorder group was significantly lower than that of fatty liver with high uric acid group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Fatty liver patients were common in the presence of lipid and blood uric acid, there is a close correlation between the develop-ment of uric acid and serum of patients with the disease. Therefore, it should be taken regular blood uric acid and blood lipid levels test, and combine with the results of ultrasound diagnosis to early detect and treat fatty liver.
