以聚己二酸二乙二醇酯(PDEA)为软段,4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和对苯二酚双(2-羟乙基)醚(HQEE)为硬段,采用预聚体法制备了硬段质量分数分别为30%,35%和40%的新型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU),对 TPU 的力学性能、结晶性能以及动态流变性能进行研究。结果表明:TPU 的硬度、拉伸强度和100%定伸应力都随着 TPU 中硬段含量的增加而提高,而断裂伸长率则逐渐减小;不同硬段含量 TPU 均为无定形状态;TPU 熔体的复数黏度均随着角频率的增加而减小,且复数黏度随着硬段含量的增加而增大;TPU 的储能模量均随着温度的升高而降低,且随硬段含量的增加而增大。

Using polydiethylene glycol adipate diol (PDEA) as the soft segments and 4,4'-two phenyl methane diisocyanate (MDI) and hydroquinone-bis (2-hydroxyethy)ether (HQEE) as the hard segments, a new type of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU)containing 30%,35% and 40% hard segment respectively was prepared by pre-polymer method.The mechanical properties,crystallization properties and dynamic rheo-logical properties of TPU were studied. The results show that the hardness, tensile strength and the tensile stress at 100% of TPU increase when the content of hard segment increases,whereas the elongation at break decreases. All TPU with different hard seg-ment contents are amorphous.The complex viscosity of TPU decreases with the increasing of angular frequency,and the complex viscosity of TPU increases with the increasing of the content of hard segment.The storage modulus of TPU decreases as the temperature rises and increases with the increasing of the content of hard segment.
