采用自制增容剂结合钛酸酯偶联剂对石墨表面进行处理,并与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)熔融共混制备 HDPE/石墨复合材料。研究了基体树脂、偶联剂、增容剂及石墨粒径和含量对 HDPE/石墨复合材料导热系数、微观形态及力学性能的影响。结果表明:基体树脂的导热系数越大越有利于体系导热系数的提高;增容剂的加入改善了复合材料的相容性;随着石墨粒径的增大,复合材料的导热系数显著提高,但其力学性能变差;复合材料的导热系数随石墨含量的增大而上升。

채용자제증용제결합태산지우련제대석묵표면진행처리,병여고밀도취을희(HDPE)용융공혼제비 HDPE/석묵복합재료。연구료기체수지、우련제、증용제급석묵립경화함량대 HDPE/석묵복합재료도열계수、미관형태급역학성능적영향。결과표명:기체수지적도열계수월대월유리우체계도열계수적제고;증용제적가입개선료복합재료적상용성;수착석묵립경적증대,복합재료적도열계수현저제고,단기역학성능변차;복합재료적도열계수수석묵함량적증대이상승。
The composites of high density polyethylene (HDPE)/graphite were prepared through blending HDPE with surface treated graphite by self-made compatibilizer and ti-tanate coupling agent.Effects of matrix resin,coupling agent,compatibilizer and graphite particle size and its content on thermal conductivity, microstructure and mechanical properties of composites were studied.The results show that the higher thermal conduc-tivity of matrix resin contributes to enhancing the system’s thermal conductivity.Com-patibilizer improves compatibility of the system.With the increasement of graphite parti-cle size,the thermal conductivity of composites is greatly improved,but the mechanical properties of the composites become poor.The thermal conductivity of the composites in-creases with the increasing content of graphite.
