通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(PLM)等研究了挤出温度对添加 NX8000K 成核剂无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)的结晶行为、晶体形貌、光学性能及热力学性能的影响。结果表明:PPR 添加成核剂 NX8000K 后,随着挤出温度的升高,PPR 的结晶峰温度升高,晶核数量增多;试样的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率在高温条件下表现得更加优异,而冲击强度和维卡软化温度则随着挤出温度的升高逐渐下降;试样的光学性能得到提升,最终优化出了适宜的挤出温度。
通過差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)、偏光顯微鏡(PLM)等研究瞭擠齣溫度對添加 NX8000K 成覈劑無規共聚聚丙烯(PPR)的結晶行為、晶體形貌、光學性能及熱力學性能的影響。結果錶明:PPR 添加成覈劑 NX8000K 後,隨著擠齣溫度的升高,PPR 的結晶峰溫度升高,晶覈數量增多;試樣的拉伸彊度和斷裂伸長率在高溫條件下錶現得更加優異,而遲擊彊度和維卡軟化溫度則隨著擠齣溫度的升高逐漸下降;試樣的光學性能得到提升,最終優化齣瞭適宜的擠齣溫度。

The effects of extrusion temperatures on crystallization behavior, crystal morphology,transparency,thermodynamic properties of random copolymer of polypropyl-ene (PPR) with nucleation agent NX8000K were investigated by Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC),Polarizing Microscope (PLM),etc.The results show that as the ex-trusion temperature increases,the crystallization peak temperature of PPR with addition of nucleating agent NX8000K will increase,and the quantities of crystal nucleus increase obviously.The tensile strength and elongation at break are more excellent at high tem-perature condition,but the notched impact strength and vicat softening temperature de-crease.The optical properties of the samples are improved.Finally,the suitable extru-sion temperature is obtained.
