目的：探讨慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者体内病毒复制、肝组织损伤、肝纤维化相关性。方法对阳性组及阴性组慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，指定具有专业知识及丰富经验的临床实验室检验医师严格按照相关操作规程完成两组患者肝组织损伤及肝纤维化检验，将所得资料进行统计学分析并得出结论。结果阳性组慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者观察指标均显著高于阴性组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论发生乙型肝炎病毒复制（阳性）的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者肝组织损伤程度及肝纤维化程度均显著高于未发生乙型肝炎病毒复制（阴性）的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者。
목적：탐토만성을형병독성간염환자체내병독복제、간조직손상、간섬유화상관성。방법대양성조급음성조만성을형병독성간염환자적림상자료진행회고성분석，지정구유전업지식급봉부경험적림상실험실검험의사엄격안조상관조작규정완성량조환자간조직손상급간섬유화검험，장소득자료진행통계학분석병득출결론。결과양성조만성을형병독성간염환자관찰지표균현저고우음성조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론발생을형간염병독복제（양성）적만성을형병독성간염환자간조직손상정도급간섬유화정도균현저고우미발생을형간염병독복제（음성）적만성을형병독성간염환자。
Objective To discuss the correlation of chronic viral hepatitis virus replication, liver tissue injury and liver fibrosis.Methods The clinical data of positive group and negative group of pa-tients with chronic hepatitis B were retrospectively analyzed, clinical laboratory designated physician with expertise and experience in strict accordance with the relevant procedures to complete the two groups of patients with liver tissue injury and liver fibrosis test.The resulting data were analyzed statistically and draw conclusions.Results In positive patients with chronic viral hepatitis, the levels of ALT, AST, HA, LN, IV-C, PCⅢ were significantly higher than those in the negative group, and the differences were significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions The extent of tissue injury with chronic liver fibrosis in hep-atitis B positive patients with viral liver were significantly higher than those in patients with chronic hepa-titis B negative.
