将3种光稳定剂按照不同比例进行复配,添加到共聚甲醛 MC90中制成了具备抗紫外光性能的改性聚甲醛产品。将样条氙灯人工老化处理500 h 和1000 h,并进行了力学性能对比测试。结果表明,通过添加复配的光稳定剂能够不同程度地提高共聚甲醛 MC90的抗紫外光性能。另外,分析了改性聚甲醛老化前后的热分解温度。

The three light stabilizers were added into polyoxymethylene(POM)copoly-mer MC90 according to different proportions,and the ultraviolet-resistant modified POM materials were prepared.The materials above were aged 500 or 1 000 hours by the xenon lamp for mechanical performance comparison test.The results show that adding the com-plex light stabilizers can improve the ultraviolet resistant of POM MC90 in different de-grees.In addition,the thermal decomposition temperatures of modified POM before and af-ter aging are analyzed.
