科学发展与新生物技术的应用对生物制药产业产生了深远影响,如今全球生物制药产业正处在蓬勃发展阶段。以细胞工程和基因工程为主体的生物制药产业具有高投入、高风险和高收益的特点。发达国家的生物制药产业已经步入正轨并且迅猛发展,药物产量很高并且不断有一些新药物出现。我国的生物制药产业起步较晚,加上国家对基础建设的忽视和人才流失,使得该领域的发展比较缓慢。近几年由于经济形势的改变和政策倾向的转变吸引了许多人才回国创业,加速了生物制药产业的发展。我国资源广阔,人才济济,加上市场需求很大,使得该产业有良好的发展势头。应该从健全和完善生物制药系统体制,引进高水平高素质人才,提高生物制药领域的自主创新能力这几个方面着手,加快我国的生物制药产业的发展步伐。

The development of science and the application of new biotechnology have had a profound influence on biopharma?ceutical industry and the global biopharmaceutical industry is developing promptly. The biological pharmaceutical industry is special in high investment, high risk and high income. This industry in developed countries has been on the right track, there are high yield and some new drugs are produced every year. The biological pharmaceutical industry in China started late and developed slowly with national neglect to infrastructure and brain drain. Due to the change of the economic situation and policy, in recent years many tal?ents have been attracted back China and developed home business that accelerate the development of biopharmaceutical industry. There are attractive prospects in our country with vast resources, numerous talents and potential market demand. We should perfect biomedical systems, introduce high level talents, improve the ability of independent innovation and accelerate the development of China’ s biopharmaceutical industry.
