目的:总结对急性胰腺炎患者进行中西医结合护理的经验及体会.方法:选取2014年2月至2015年2月收治的急性胰腺炎患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例.对照组采用西医常规护理;观察组在西医常规护理基础上,增加中医特色护理,包括中药外敷、中药灌肠和耳穴压豆.结果:观察组的总有效率为96.7%(29/30);对照组为86.7%(26/30),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组腹痛缓解时间为(26.8±5.1)h,对照组为(45.4±6.6)h,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对急性胰腺炎患者实施中西医结合护理措施,能有效地提高临床疗效,促进症状、体征改善,值得进一步推广.

Objective:To summarize the experience and realization of the traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in nursing the patients with the acute pancreatitis.Methods:Sixtypatients with the acute pancreatitis admitted and treated from Feb. 2014 to Feb. 2015 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation one with 30 cases each. The control group was given the conventional western medicine nursing, and based on that, the observation group was given the nursing with the characteristic of the traditional Chinese medicine, including the external application of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine enema and ear acu-point bean pressing. Results: The total effect rates were 96.7% (29/30) in the observation group and 86.7% (26/30) in the control one and the difference between two groups had the statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). The relieving times of the abdominal pain were (26.8+5.1) h in the observation group and (45.4±6.6) h in the control one, and the difference between two groups had the statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of the traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in nursing the patients with the acute pancreatitis can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and promote the improvement of the signs and symptoms, which is worthy of the further popularization and application.
