目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在膀胱癌中的表达及临床意义。方法对1998~2014年间国内中文期刊(说明对象来源)发表的相关文献进行Meta分析,以膀胱癌组织为病例组,以正常膀胱黏膜组织为对照组;以比值比(OR)为效应指标。然后应用RevMan 5.2软件对数据进行统计处理,计算合并OR值及95%置信区间,同时绘制Meta分析森林图。结果12篇文献纳入选中,总样本量约792例进行Meta分析。膀胱癌组织组与正常膀胱组织组、浅表性膀胱癌组与浸润性膀胱癌组、低级别膀胱癌组与高级别膀胱癌组的OR值分别为58.99、0.17、0.29。MMP-9的阳性率在膀胱癌组明显高于正常膀胱组织组,在浸润性膀胱癌组明显高于浅表性膀胱癌组,在高级别膀胱癌组明显高于低级别膀胱癌组。结论 MMP-9的高表达在膀胱癌发生、发展中有一定的作用,检测MMP-9的表达有助于了解膀胱癌的生物学特性,为指导临床治疗及估计预后提供信息。

목적:연구기질금속단백매9(MMP-9)재방광암중적표체급림상의의。방법대1998~2014년간국내중문기간(설명대상래원)발표적상관문헌진행Meta분석,이방광암조직위병례조,이정상방광점막조직위대조조;이비치비(OR)위효응지표。연후응용RevMan 5.2연건대수거진행통계처리,계산합병OR치급95%치신구간,동시회제Meta분석삼림도。결과12편문헌납입선중,총양본량약792례진행Meta분석。방광암조직조여정상방광조직조、천표성방광암조여침윤성방광암조、저급별방광암조여고급별방광암조적OR치분별위58.99、0.17、0.29。MMP-9적양성솔재방광암조명현고우정상방광조직조,재침윤성방광암조명현고우천표성방광암조,재고급별방광암조명현고우저급별방광암조。결론 MMP-9적고표체재방광암발생、발전중유일정적작용,검측MMP-9적표체유조우료해방광암적생물학특성,위지도림상치료급고계예후제공신식。
Objective To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinases 9 (MMP-9) in bladder cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Meta analysis of relative literatures published In domestic Chinese journals from 1998 to 2014 ,bladder cancer tissues as cases, normal bladder mucous membrane tissues as control group;Odds ratio (OR) as the effect index. Then apply RevMan 5.2 software to statistical data , calculate merger OR values and 95%confidence interval, and draw the forest map of Meta analysis. Results 12 studies involving 792 patients that met the inclusion criteria, were included in the Meta analysis. OR values in bladder cancer tissue and normal bladder tissue group, superficial bladder cancer group and invasive bladder cancer group, low grade bladder cancer group and senior grade bladder cancer group were 58.99,0.17,0.29. The positive rate of MMP-9 in bladder cancer group were significantly higher than that in normal bladder tissue group, in invasive bladder cancer group were significantly higher than that of superficial bladder cancer group, in senior grade bladder cancer group were significantly higher than the low grade bladder cancer group. Conclusion The high expression of MMP-9 have a role in in bladder cancer occurrence and development; to detect the expression of MMP-9 contributes to the understanding of the biology of bladder cancer, and provide information for clinical treatment and prognosis.
