In the innovation and reform of "order class and modern apprentice system" model in higher vocational colleges construction equipment major, problems such as win-win between college and enterprise, complementary advantages, the embodiment of work-study combination characteristics mainly exist. To solve these problems, the paper puts forward the characteristics of innovation and reform for higher vocational construction equipment major, and promotes the deeper integration of professional work and study mode. The major construction has made some achievements resulting from the "order class and modern apprenticeship system" mode.
