清平水库补水工程大坝质量检测采用立方体试块抗压法、钻孔取芯法、混凝土大块体直剪法、超声试验法及井下可视电视法等方法,对大坝堆石混凝土进行了力学性能、抗渗性能及密实性检测.结果表明:所检测自密实混凝土抗压强度达到17.4 MPa,芯样抗压强度达到35.2 MPa,摩擦系数为1.051,粘聚力为0.124,抗渗等级为W4;超声试验法及井下可视电视法能有效检测堆石混凝土的密实性能.其结果均满足设计规范要求.
清平水庫補水工程大壩質量檢測採用立方體試塊抗壓法、鑽孔取芯法、混凝土大塊體直剪法、超聲試驗法及井下可視電視法等方法,對大壩堆石混凝土進行瞭力學性能、抗滲性能及密實性檢測.結果錶明:所檢測自密實混凝土抗壓彊度達到17.4 MPa,芯樣抗壓彊度達到35.2 MPa,摩抆繫數為1.051,粘聚力為0.124,抗滲等級為W4;超聲試驗法及井下可視電視法能有效檢測堆石混凝土的密實性能.其結果均滿足設計規範要求.

For Qingping Reservoir Water Supply Project,several methods were adopted to inspect the mechanical properties,impermeability and compactness of main dam roc-fill concrete,including cube compressive test,drill-ing core method,direct shear test of concrete bloc-,ultrasonic test and underground visual TV test. The results of inspection conform to relevant design specifications with the compressive strengths of 17.4MPa and 35.2MPa for self-compacting concrete and core sample respectively,a friction factor of 1.051,a cohesive force of 0.124 and im-permeability grade of W4. Ultrasonic test and underground visual TV test are both effective methods for roc-fill con-crete compactness inspection.
