为了探讨淤泥电渗固结的最佳方式,开展了不同电极间距和排水方式的电渗对比试验,试验中对渗水量、土体沉降、电能消耗、含水率等指标进行了监测,得出了适合工程应用的电极间距为1.2 m,排水孔钻孔深度7.5 m,排水方式采用塑料排水板套砂袋组合体排水.工程应用实例表明:采用该电极间距和排水方式取得了良好的电渗固结效果.

In order to study the best mode of mud electro-osmotic consolidation,electro-osmotic tests were con-ducted with different electrode spacing and drainage modes. The observed indexes during tests include seepage wa-ter volume,soil mass settlement,electric energy consumption,water-content coefficient etc. According to the re-sults of tests,some indexes applicable for engineering were concluded,including a electrode spacing of 1.2m, drainage bore depth of 7.5m,composite drainage mode of plastic drainage plate in sand bag. Application of above conclusions in completed project has demonstrated good electro-osmotic consolidation effects.
